Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original tags and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us via fotoxiletu@gmail.com. Please note that returned items should be shipped to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We do not accept returns sent back without prior return request.

Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if goods are defective, damaged or wrong‑shipped so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non‑returnable Items
Certain categories cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom‑made items and personal care products. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have concerns about your item.

Promotional items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return your original item and place a new separate order once your return is approved.

EU 14‑day Cooling‑off Period
Notwithstanding the above, for orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. Goods must remain unused, with tags and original packaging, and you need to provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note banks or credit card issuers may also need extra processing time.
